I will never use Kams again my nails have been ruined by the electric file they use, to save their time my nails are paper thin and sore, from this procedure and been told they will take months to get back to normal. this has also happened to a family member.
Arrived and they hadn’t booked me in. I was squeezed in -it was very busy. They were turning people away, as soon as I got in the chair. the lady was very heavy-handed with the foot scrapper. It was very rushed. I asked her to not go quite so hard on my feet. She kept showing me what she had removed and no wonder why as I hardly had any skin left on my feet ! they were red and sore. She then went to do the same on my left foot and as I slightly moved my foot she caught my little toe which didn’t stop bleeding she proceeded just to put a plaster on it . When I asked to stop the treatment and I needed to put a compress on. It was all panic. She then got up and went over to do another client. Another person took over who was panicking as he could see it had gone badly wrong , he offered to paint my little toe the next day but there was absolutely no way I was going to go back. What was supposed to be a treat and a relaxing pedicure turned out about to be traumatic and four days on my feet are red raw and my toe has still not recovered. I didn’t have to pay for my treatment and he gave me a free nail polish. I have since heard they do rush you ! awful ! my name is jill this is my partners account ..
Got my nails done this morning for the first time in a few years and I’m so happy, they’re perfect! Ready for my holiday tomorrow! Thank you Kams ❤️
My brake line came out of master cylinder, so I spent two hours getting my hands up behind my dashboard, flaring the pipe, repositioning and generally taking apart and putting my van back together, cutting my hands in the process and my nails haven't a SINGLE SCRATCH OR BLEMISH. I don't know what kind of witchcraft this is but I'm absolutely astounded. Not only that, but they managed to give me an appointment for two with 5 minutes notice, and they're SO busy! I literally wouldn't ever go anywhere else

I actually live in Brighton and discovered Kam’s nails as an absolute gem. They are all so friendly and accommodating and will try their best to fit you in when possible. Their workmanship is to a high standard and I find every visit worthwhile. I travel this far because when you come across a great place like this it’s well worth it.
When I rang I asked for appointments for two people, they said this was fine. When we turned up, the appointment was only written down for one person. I had my nails done here just over 2 weeks ago and they were ok. I've had my nails done here again today but my right hand nails are longer than my left. The application was painful as the nail got stuck to the skin on the tip of my little finger. The lady tugged and pulled to get it off but it wouldn't budge so she tried to cover over the top of it. I said "sorry, could you just do this one again please." She then managed to get it off. Although my nails were rushed and painful, I was still charged full price. Bit disappointed.
