I keep going back with new design ideas, and every time they find a way to make them look perfect Update: they outdid themselves and did the most amazing Halloween nails for me, I absolutely love them and the only thing that makes me sad is that I can’t keep them longer

   One worker in particular is rude and impatient. Always seem to rush your nails especially when people sitting and waiting or close to closing time. No point in booking an appointment either, you won’t be seen on time, priority given to walk ins. Also price seems to change to suit each time for the same service. Both my daughter and myself will not be going back.

   I’m very happy with my service at Uckfield Nail bar . The staff are very friendly and engaging with the customers. What I like the most is how fast you’re done . Annie is my nail tech and she does a wonderful job , everytime .

   I used to like this place but now I'm not happy as it's quantity over quality. I don't like to be rushed and I would like to be given time which I pay for. Both, pedicure and manicure done in very poor quality for 60£ They just don't say no to anybody coming from the street even when they full. Become as a factory. Not recommended

   Actually disgusted by the service here. I was looking for a salon offering silk/fibreglass extensions due to having weak, thin and brittle nails. I am aware that not many salons offer this service, so I called up Uckfield nail bar in the afternoon, specifically asking them if they offered this service. The lady on the phone said yes and made me an appt for 5:30 the same day- and I reconfirmed the specific treatment I wanted 3 times! It takes me 35mins to get to get to the nail salon and the same lady then tells me she doesn’t offer the specific service I asked for, and tries to flog another service to me, (acrylics, gel or dipping powder which would just ruin my nails further) She completely disregarded the fact that I actually called up earlier in the day to confirm whether they did silk extensions. A complete waste of my time and I didn’t even get an apology!! Rude and unprofessional, I feel like I was given the wrong information so they could force me to do another treatment they actually offered.

   Love it there i always get Anthony to do my nails. I have a spinal injury and walk with a walker. They are very helpful getting me in the shop and sat down and again wen i get up to pay and leave. Very lovely people who work there.

   I've always had gel shellac but I'm completely bowled over by these sns powder dip nails that Annie suggested today! Love them! I also had a pedicure which is just gorgeous. Great service, clean modern salon and nice atmosphere. I'm very pleased.
