   Writing on behalf of my partner who went to have her toe nails done. Poor customer service, no client conversation, quality of work poor (see photos), service felt rushed. Appointment started late and none of the technicians spoke to her. Equipment was poorly maintained, rusty on nail clippers. Would only accept cash or bank transfers which is poor considering many location offer touch-less pay. Also if something is wrong, unable to claim back as no receipts given. No place to hang coats. Generally a very poor establishment. Would not recommend.

   I've been visiting this nail salon for nearly two years, and I love it here! They are polite and attentive, super helpful . It used to take me a long time to get good service close to home, but now I only had to drive a short distance, which is a BONUS. Highly recommend it if you are living in Tunbridge Wells!
