Never back there again, rude and not professional, they let my nails horrible you can see the glue and not comfortable at all, and the lady she did not accept whe I said you heurt me or can you please remove the glue, bad experience.
This nails place is the best on in Brighton and give the nails are gorgeous and they last ages I have mine on for three weeks and no lifting at all the treat you so so so well and get your nails done quick but they look brilliant I would always come here and no place else and they do the best nails there is
I’ve always had my nails done here and never had an issue. Today I took my 2 step daughters to get their nails done as a treat. I don’t know any names but the younger lady all I can say is she had a flower hair clip in her hair. I was disgusted in the way she treated my youngest step daughter. She was rude abrupt and forceful. No people skills. I was there the whole time and she wasn’t fidgeting or hard work. She was sitting quiet and still. I understand they are busy like most nail shops. But this was meant to be a nice experience for the girls. And she completely ruined it. So obviously I won’t be giving them my custom again. Not that you need it as you had people who have made an appointment walking out. But saying that, the lady who took over she had a beautiful green necklace absolutely saved the day.and treated me and the girls either love and respect. And made the experience a lot better. As I said I know kids can be hard to work but I can hand on heart say she was as good as gold. Barring in mind I spend £85 pounds too. Oh and also the lady ( with the flower clip ) told me I couldn’t have my feet done as she told me my one year old would be to naughty to sit on my lap whilst I had it done. But again the lovely lady with the green necklace took over and done a beautiful job with no problems.
Best nail salon going, these guys are so good at What they do! - Even stayed open late to finish an intricate design! 10/10 recommend!

I have been using exclusive nails for as long as I can remember, the current owners are friendly and welcoming, drinks on offer and always happy to have a chat! On the very few occasions I haven’t been happy with shape/ colour it is always sorted and I always leave happy . Would highly recommend.
