    This is the first time I leave a negative feedback, but it's necessary. I ordered some food at home and kindly asked to be called or texted at the rider arrival as I was staying in a Airbnb and had no doorbell. The rider couldn't find me and didn't try to reach me out (I received a notify by the website I used to order, but no calls or messages). So I phoned the placed, where someone answered after many calls and more than 30 minutes, and the man I spoke to simply told me that the rider couldn't find me and that's all. They didn't even try to help, deliver again or refund me. I paid, waited for hours and didn't receive my food. I don't recommend.

    Ordered a very decent mixed kebab. Normally avoid Donner meat as it can get very greasy but not the case here. They definitely take pride in the quality of the meat. Felt like there was not enough sauce. Would definitely ask for extra next time I stop by.

    I bought beef burger with chilli sauce on it but I didn't get the feeling of sauce. Then I went again and observed they putting the sauce. Just a drop of sauce in the whole burger, I thought what the hell. It is the worst burger I have ever tasted and they charged 9 pounds for that stupid food.

    If I could give a 0 star I would. Waited almost 2 hours for delivery Food was stone cold if I wanted a cold dinner I would've ordered a salad. Shame because I've ordered a few times the last time wasn't great gave them benifit of the doubt & ordered again & I'm appalled by the service I phoned to vent my feelings the man was sarcastic with a who gives a F attitude. never again will I bring you my custome. I will advise anyone to take your hard earned money else where. The food the quality & the service was appalling. Friday night take away it wasn't what I expected. Its ok, I will not recommend your service to anyone. Shameful disgusting!

    Lots of missing food. The guy was so nice saying he would throw in free salad and sauce and we recieved no salad yet paid £21 for mixed kebab which contained one pitta and 6 Peices of meat! For £21!!!! Only to have the phone hung up on me when I called to notify staff. Very dissapointed

    Ordered a mix kebab. Wish I didn’t. Meet was extremely tough, dry and way to much salt. Tasteless to be honest. Has to be one of the worse kebabs I had. Prompt on delivery was the only good point. Wish I checked reviews before ordering
