   Great service. Food was served quickly and was piping hot. Fries were super crunchy and hot. The big slam burger was just like a big Mac and was really good. If I was sbeing really picky the bun was a little dry. The place was clean and overall had a family friendly feel to it. Would definitely recommend it and would come back again.

   Wow! My son and I visited a few weeks back and we are still talking about how great it was. As first-timers, we weren't sure what to order, but the friendly staff immediately made us feel at ease and guided us through the menu. We took their advice on a few items and ended up ordering a feast! Honestly, there wasn't a single thing that disappointed us. Each dish was packed with flavour and clearly made with care. We headed upstairs to eat and found the seating area to be spotless and quiet, which was perfect for a late-night meal. If you're considering trying it out, just do it. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish and will definitely be returning.

   Placed an order online at 10:05pm. Clearly stated online, that the restaurant closed at 11pm. It is now 11:25pm and there is no answer from the restaurant. Poor poor experience, and now a ruined evening, in regards to dinner plans, with zero food delivery for over £15 spent, for a long day of work tomorrow. Use to be a regular here. Not anymore. Never again. Shocking service and professionalism. Poor poor standards. Would post ZERO stars if I could.

   Food was absolutely rubbish. Do not eat here. The meat smelt so bad. Only thing that was ok was the chips. Spent £30 on rubbish. *Update* definitely got food poisoning! This will be reported to FSA

   Overall this place has the potential to be good however some key areas to address after 2 visits with the family: 1. Area upstairs not clean - when asked staff promptly cleaned. 2. Customer Service - very average 3. Food quality - overall food is not bad however again second visit and food was cold whilst dining in. Should’ve taken it all down and asked for replacement but kids were hungry. They need to keep the food warm. I’m not sure how people who get food delivered receive theirs. Good menu options and decent prices but let down by some key but simple areas.

   Went there last night and thoroughly enjoyed our food and our little one liked her toy gift and the colouring that they have made available for kids. We ordered triple wooper and a mixed chicken and beef wooper. Ordered chicken meal for the little one. Ordered Vanilla milk shake, 7up mojito and chocolate milk shake. Thoroughly enjoyed all of our food. Ended up paying just over £24, which wasn’t so bad either Would definitely go back.

   The only reason this place got 2 stars is the food which was good quality, otherwise the worst customer service in a long time. We choose to eat in and when we went upstairs the place was filthy. No one cleaned the tables, seating or floor. After 20 minuted of waiting our food was ready to collect. We spend over an hour in this place and not once anyone came to clean the tables or the area. The was food on the floor, tables and seats.
