   I visited yesterday and was left extremely disappointed with the experience. From the start, the spa felt unprepared and poorly managed. There was a noticeable smell of mildew, no music, and one therapist missing, which meant my booking could not be honoured as arranged. We were also told we could use the pool, only to later be informed it was not part of the facility, despite being prominently advertised online. The whole atmosphere was chaotic, and I even saw the guests after us experiencing similar problems. I want to acknowledge Carmel, the therapist, who did her best under very difficult circumstances, but the situation was clearly beyond her control. What made the experience worse was receiving a promotional email immediately afterwards. The wording – “Last chance for our Calm & Cleanse package ⚠️” – felt misleading and inappropriate. Aggressive, pushy sales tactics are completely at odds with what a spa should stand for: calm, care, and relaxation. Overall, the booking process, visit, and follow-up left me stressed and dissatisfied. This fell far below the standard I expected or what was advertised, and I cannot recommend the service based on this experience.

   I had a buy a gift voucher and finally got round to using it on myself and my daughter. She had a facial massage with Cassi and loved every minute of it and had the added treatment of a foot scrub which she loved. I had a full body massage with Katherine and have to say this is one of the best massages Ive ever had. The pressure was firm and just as I prefer it, I feel totally relaxed and would highly recommend. Thank you x

   I had a wonderful massage with lovely therapist Anucha. Very kind and professional, she made me feel welcome and nurtured. All therapists were really nice and approachable. I am also happy with Rochelle who was very patient, took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend it.

   Just had an incredible massage at the spa. Mina was amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and made me feel totally comfortable from the start. I walked in tense and stressed, and left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely happy. The place was clean and spotless also smelled amazing. I will be visiting again. Thank you, Mina! Highly recommend.

   Brought a gift via the website The massage was brilliant lovely lovely lady the service was terrible the lack of client communication was awful. Had to phone Scotland to book.. I’ve had 3 different people phoning me asking for a code. Which I gave to the First Lady when I booked it. And the day after my massage I’ve had a lady ring down my phone for sub charge of £14… surely that’s not my fault, surely they should of asked when I was leaving the facilities. So when booking thinking about independent salons.. Because that’s what I will be doing. Not alone this the sign posting for getting in to the salon once in the Hilton is terrible.

   Wow what an incredible experience at pure spa Brighton. From the moment I stepped in I felt such a carming aura. Loved the relax room with the loungers and refreshments and the twinkly lights in the sauna. My hot stone massage with Nadine was out of this world, she really hit all the areas I needed. The room was comftable and cozy. Nadine was very professional and I would highly recommend her and the spa to all my friends.

   Masseur was great however the spa isn’t that great, doesn’t even provide free tea or apples, for example. You also need to take with you own robe etc. The water machine was broken. Coming from London to go there and the experience wasn’t memorable at all. Calling this place a Spa is way far too much.
