I had an amazing experience at here! The team were so friendly and welcoming, and the salon had such a clean, relaxing atmosphere. My nails turned out beautiful — the shape, the colour, and the finish were all perfect.

I love Diamond Nails, I am so fussy when it comes to nails, if I’m having a bad day, I look at my nails, if work is going slow, I look at my nails, doing nothing, I look at my nails (you get the gist) When I moved to Hove over 5 years ago I struggled to find a good place until I walked into Diamond Nails, I’ve been coming here for 5 years, and if you think that’s long, they have clients over 15 years strong!! They are polite, kind and they listen, not only this, they give RESULTS!!! Want a cute Pinterest design? They got you, want a lil sticker, something natural, something bright, they have colours for days and stickers galore. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! These nails are my natural nails, and they’ve helped maintain them the entire time!! All their staff are superb and provide the same beautiful finished result, couldn’t recommend them more xxx

Three months ago i walked into the salon and asked if they could help sort my nails. I wish I took a picture before because my nails were not and never have been the prettiest. I’ve always bitten my nails down to the cuticles. I never been a fan of acrylics, this stuff is definitely not for me. I asked the lovely team what they recommend. That is how I was introduced to Builder gel BIAB. Omg that staff is the greatest! I will gladly recommend it and the team are supper nice and very helpful, they will direct you and do everything to help you. I’ve recommended to my friends and family to go to Diamond nails in Hove and introduced them to do the Builder gel BIAB. Now my nails are supper healthy please have a look at the picture I think it says it all.
Asked for a colour they said yes, to find out later they didn't. Rude staff talking on the phone throughout doing my nails. Also stating both staff members - that I have big hands/massive hands! Absolute joke There's I think 3 more salons in the same road... Your honestly better off going there

Honestly I used to come here all the time about 4 years ago I don’t know what’s happened but my God have they gone down hill. It’s not the same people working there it seems to be all new technicians. A man was doing my nails and they looked so wide and short I was so confused because my nail buds are really narrow and I complained and told him he’s gonna have to file the sides down a lot to make them the correct size. About 15 mins later another woman complained about the exact same thing and then later on a different woman complained about the shouting and how loud everyone was being and she found them to be really rude and Inconsiderate. I was thinking what’s happened to this place it used to have a really good name for itself!! It’s a shame that their best technicians have left and the new ones aren’t trained up to the same level. He started to put shellac on and it was soooo bumpy it looked terrible I told him to take it off and I won’t be paying for the service. Will not be returning!!!
My usual nail lady was poorly so I needed to go somewhere that day, the staff were rude about my nails which I know I take very good care of and my nail lady does a very good job, they used the drill which hurt and they blamed my nails, they didn’t even touch my cuticles and they did not do the shape I asked for, very rude, ironically they gave me a loyalty card! No thank you
Very quick and efficient service, also very rude and left me waiting mid acrylic application - ended up there around 3 hours. Cut into my cuticles and made me bleed a fair bit, but disregarded this and continued attempting to apply acrylics. Some staff members are genuinely nice, others not nice. Such a shame as prices are good
