   Avoid. I do not trust this garage. £120 diagnostic. Now have to take to VW before speaking to ombudsman and making a claim through them if diagnostic still displays original error with VW. after paying £750 and returning vehicle several times... now quoted £1200 to resolve a different problem with the same management light. £1200 the original quote was.. The other issue not present before going to this garage.

   Disappointed with my bill as it showed a £50 charge for resetting my service light after carrying out a service. Also charged me £30 for fluids after fitting a brake caliper. I work on cars and I know they didn't used 2x bottles of brake fluid to bleed my brakes. Also charged vat on everything including the price of the MOT and parts. My first and last time using them .

   Couldnt start my audi been standing a few weeks was completely flat battery, i ran across to Abbey services, very polite and didnt hesitate to tow my car into theif yard even though they were very busy they put new battery in by following day morning and the price was very reasonable i certainly would go there again.......many thanks i shall return if any further jobs thank you once again abbey services

   Absolutely terrible. Took the car there on a Friday, had a phone call to say they could get the part for Monday and quoted £240. Part arrived Monday but they couldn’t have the car in until Wednesday. Took the car in Wednesday morning and received a phone call a few hours later to pick it up. My wife went down to pick up the car and suddenly the price is £375. After a discussion with the owner he seemed oblivious as to who would be giving out quotes and he could not remember doing it himself. Basically holding the vehicle hostage until the bill was paid. Absolute rip off and would advise anyone to avoid like the plague.

   Fixed my corsa told.me.neeeded new mount and shock absorber six.weeks in again mount is grinding drivers side turning right exact side where they replaced shock and topstrut £150 back in same.position
