Broke down on a 60mph unlit road in the dark, and was on my own. Kole came to rescue me and he was brilliant. Considering how stressed I was, he was calm, talked to me the whole time like a friend and stayed until I had someone with me. Couldn't fault him at all. Thank you Kole!
Had a member of the family breakdown in a car at midnight on a dual carriageway, once I got in contact with the AA, Cambria attended in a reasonable time frame (90minutes, in the middle of a busy evening for breakdown services) The colleague was , professional and pleasant.
Was picked up with a car and caravan near port talbot in Wales and towed across to New Forest, really nice people, good chat. Went out the way to help me get our car to garage and our caravan to our house. Really appreciate everything.
I arrived at Trecco Bay Holiday Park in Porthcawl for a family holiday, but unfortunately, the suspension spring on the front of the car snapped on arrival. Cambrian Car Care was amazing — I received fantastic service, and they repaired the vehicle within 24 hours. I’m so grateful for their support and quick response. Absolute brilliant company to use! Recommend 100%!! Over the weekend I was up visiting my boyfriend who is in Cardiff for Uni, however whilst out and about my car broke down. Rung AA and they sent Cambrians car care out to come and recuse us. Understandably they where busy, meaning we had to wait 2 hours, but the service we received was brilliant. Can't remember the chaps name, however he was very friendly and reassuring (as this was my first time braking down, and me being a new driver too!) They towed us to the their garage and dropped the car off. All the guys have been super helpful, especially with how quickly they are getting the car sorted out. Due to me not being local they have been so helpful with the whole process of picking up the car from their centre, and the communication has been brilliant. If anyone ever breaks down in Cardiff these are the guys you need to contact, 100%! Couldn't of asked for a better service, super pleased! :)
First class service provided, staff are fantastic, friendly and efficient and professional, they helped us whilst on holiday by fixing our car fuel leak and provided the service they said they would and also completing it when they said they would. I Will and be more than happy to recommend these guys , well done.
On the weekend I broke down at 7am on the way to an important job. Max turned up within 45 mins and recovered the car. Professional and kind service, and an all round great guy. Would recommend!!
My car broke down on the M4, had a tow to Sarn Services by the Highway Officers. My breakdown cover contacted Cambrian to pick my car up and myself to take to my home. Two really nice guys arrived and couldn’t have been nicer. When I need repairs I will be contacting their company as they are a really good advert for them.
