    Phoned to ask if they could take a look at my van that was making a rough sound, it was bought used with warranty but they said that I had to take it back to them, I explained that the warranty company said that any VAT garage could be used, I could then hear the guy in the back getting worked up saying no we just won't do it. No help and bad attitude avoid at all costs.

    Fantastic service. Took my Motorhome in for MOT, failed on wheel bearings and corrosion (rust) and few other issues, to be expected on a 25 year old vehicle. Quote to bring it up to MOT standards and fix all advisories was £1,000 "give or take", final bill was £1,070.00 so more than happy with that.

    Poacher is right, poaching con artists. Horrendous service. Was quoted £50 on the phone to fit a set of rear break shoes. We supplied the parts, no other issues with the car, went to collect and the bill was £102 and no explanation why. All the person could say was "I didn't do the quote so don't know why the price is different" and they didn't wanna know after that. Wouldn't recommend and won't be going back. Its a good thing my mother collected the car or I would have gone ape at the bill. Avoid at all costs.
