   Great experience using bumps for repairs to my van. Took it down for a price to repair a damaged back door, and damage all along the drivers side from front bumper and wing, front and back doors all along to the back bumper being all gouged and bent out of shape. Both wheels were damaged too. The price quoted was reasonable and the repairs are outstanding. I couldn’t see any difference from new after the repairs had been done. I definitely recommend this place.

   I was sent to a large, well known body shop by an insurance company and at EVERY stage they were horrendous. They even managed to get primer over spray on a front door sill when they were working on a BACK door. Unbelievable. Luckily the insurance company then sent me to Leighton to fix the damage the previous three-letter body shop had messed up. He kept me informed throughout the process and always got back to me with answers or updates on the same day. His work is first class and his customer service is the same. If you have a problem, no one else can fix….and if you can find him (the industrial estate is kinda hidden!) then DEFINITELY get your car sorted with Leighton. If your insurance company suggest the three letter place, ask that you go to Leighton instead. It’ll save you a LOT of time and hassle!

   Having had my Mercedes Vito repaired by DLG approved repairer FRF Accident Repair in Swansea it quickly became apparent that a very sub standard repair was carried out. My vehicle was wondering dangerously both left & right but still the repairer told me I was incorrect & vehicle was perfect. After more complaints I was visited by the insurers engineer who confirmed my findings. Long story short after visits to various other outlets to no avail I was very fortunate to be told of BUMPS in Llandarcy. Leighton & his son took on my repair & assured me from the outset that it would not leave their workshop until they were completely satisfied that I would be satisfied. Today I’m over the moon with the repairs carried out by BUMPS. Leighton kept me informed throughout the repair of progress. I would highly recommend this company if you were ever in the need of Bodyshop or accident repairs. What insurance companies don’t tell you is you can insist on using your own repairer to carry out the work even though they will direct you to their “approved” repairers. Please use all your available data to choose wisely. Do not hesitate to question the insurance companies. Wish I had taken my van to Leighton at Bumps in the first place. Would have saved myself 7 months of misery and heartache for sure. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND WITHOUT HESITATION. Thank you so so much.

   I just collected my VW Tiguan from bumps after having all the textured grey on the bumpers and below the doors colour coded. The guys did a fantastic job and the difference in appearance was just wow. The colour matched perfectly and the cost was very fair. The way the guys treated me from start to finish was very professional and the work procedure was explained in full. I would 100% recommend bumps for all you paint and repair work.
