Amazing service from start to finish. I got a haircut and a quick manicure, and both were done with so much care. The staff made me feel truly valued.
The facial I received was incredible. My skin felt instantly smoother and brighter. The therapist explained everything clearly and made the whole experience so calming.
I had a gel manicure and it turned out beautifully. The shaping was perfect, and the polish didn’t chip for weeks. Such a relaxing, friendly atmosphere throughout my visit.
I have been going to Elegant Nails for over 11 years and cannot fault them. They are always polite and courteous and my nails have always lasted the 3/4 weeks till my next apt. I often turn up with a picture of a design I like and Becky always delivers. I cannot recommend them enough.
Took 2 and a half hours and they didn't even give me the colours I asked for asked for black got dark blue. Rough handling with hands. Acrylic melted under lamp changed my glitter without asking and even had a change of people doing my nails. Also stopping doing what they are doing to answer their personal phones...now my acrylics are cracking also asked for the 27 pounds for just normal polish and they put gel on and charge me 37...I just paid it as they dont t understand you ovbs with the colours being different to what I showed them. Never going again
If I could give a quarter of a star I would this place is absolutely shocking. They offer you to book an appointment I booked for two of us at 10am we arrived at 9:50 only to be told to come back at 10:30 as they were busy. We arrive back at 10:20 ready to start our appointment and they start doing two other peoples nails and tell us there was two other people in front of us. They take on two many people and try doing at least 4 peoples nails at once. So why tell you to book an appointment not to be available at the time you book clearly you book that time as it's convenient not to go sit there waiting for hours. They don't even apologise because they are totally and utterly rude to you.
I had gel removed and a new colour applied. They were very friendly and paid close attention to detail. They have a fantastic range of colours too. This is my new regular nail bar now. Very impressed, thank you.
Initially not a bad job on my nails. Acrylics + gel polish. No work around cuticles or skin around the nails and poor attention to detail. Soooo much attitude from this man as well. When I got home and washed my hands and face in the evening my nails suddenly lost their shine and became uneven. None of the products I use are harsh and this has never happened to me before. So now, 4 days of having my nails they look like THIS :(
