   What makes this Costa stand out from all the others is the staff (I do also love the sweet briar staff) but I go in to this store daily - the team are lovely I’ve got to know all 4 main staff by name( plus rob when he’s there) and they’re all always happy to go above and beyond - always asking how I am and taking a genuine interest in my day -whilst I’ve been looking after my dad until he passed away they really have been a pick me up seeing them in the morning before driving 45 minutes to go sit with him for the day - I’ve been a regular in this store since it opened and I have to say these 4 are my absolute favourites- nothings too much trouble for any of them everything’s always clean and tidy all the staff get along and interact with all the customers - a completely different experience to the drive through near by who wouldn’t even make my drink how I’ve drank it for 8 years… here what the customer wants matters and u feel appreciated for your custom… Huge thank to Antonia, Enya , Jon and Kieron ….    Mostly slow service in here... only person at counter and can still take 10 minutes to get your coffee. Always space to sit down. Coffee is good, options are good. Food is expensive but nice.

   A lovely little coffee shop here, it's a nice atmosphere to relax in with a good range of places to sit. There are toilets available too. The vanilla and strawberry cake was very nice.

   Standard Costa, but felt a little grubby and tables weren't cleared very quickly probably because not enough staff were available. The cake I had felt a bit old and was pretty dry, the coffee was fine though

   Wow! Highly expressed with the service here. Vegan food and drink options available. Every care taken to food allergies. Friendly service. Disabled parking bays outside shop. Clean toilet facilities.

   Really miserable staff, one of them had a real unfriendly 'couldn't-care-less' attitude, he made me feel I was a major inconvenience for being there ordering my coffee. His appearance was totally unprofessional too. Then when collecting my drinks the order was wrong, no apologies either. The coffee was weak, the pastry I had tasted stale. I normally love Costa coffee chains but this was a really poor example. Only giving 2 stars because the place was at least clean and tidy.
