   Approached Davey's garage as they advertise themselves as Vehicle air con specialist. Asked for a diagnostic to be done on my car as aircon had stopped working. This was carried out and a condenser fault was identified. I was informed their suppliers were out of stock of the parts needed. I could collect the car and phone them in a couple of days for spares availability update. This I did for three days on the trot each time promised a call back within 5 mins by the workshop manager, which never materialised. Now if I phone them the line just goes dead, obviously my number is showing up. If you don't want the job please tell the customer and don't waste their time. Very discourteous, unprofessional and poor service.

   I've taken my car here a couple of times now, once for my car making a weird noise and today for it's MOT and service. All the staff there were so friendly. They phoned me with updates on my car (which unfortunately failed the MOT) they got the parts delivered on the same day and managed to sort everything out for me. They explained why it failed and how they would resolve it. Really professional attitude. I would recommend them to anyone.

   In my own personal, costly, time consuming experience, l highly recommend Not going here. Do yourself and your bank balance a favour and go somewhere else. Update in response to garages comments. You seem to have your facts and memory all mixed up. It looks like you're accusing the wrong person as your statement has nothing to do with my situation PLUS being from the Traveller community the only racism I experience is the kind directed at me and my family. Nice way to communicate to paying customers. At least your attitude is on the internet for all to see, with a topping of slander too. Well done.
