The food she service at this Chinese takeaway is amazing!! Every time we have an order it’s always ready to collect or a great delivery service is available too !!
Ordered for first time for delivery. Said on phone 45 minutes, arrived 1 hour 40 later. Prawn toast had no taste to it. Special fried rice had no prawns and it had what I can only describe as tinned smoked ham in it. It was really bland. Very disappointed. There's are a couple of really good Chinese takeaways in Macc, I hope they can review the quality of ingredients and make a change. For me it's a big no.
Best Chinese takeaway in Macclesfield without a doubt. Food is spot on every time and the lady who runs it is so friendly, full of energy and always smiling, she makes you feel really welcome. Highly recommend Mandarin House!

Ordered from here for the first time tonight but unfortunately won’t be ordering again. Our order was wrong but we’d already gotten home and weren’t able to go back out. Instead of salt and pepper chicken we got pork and instead of special fried rice we just got chicken fried rice. The pork was quite hard. The noodles were a soggy. We got sweet and sour chicken and it tasted off, like sour milk. However the rice was lovely and so were the salt and pepper prawns. The staff were really friendly, the price was good and the service was quick. It’s just a shame the food let it down
4.8 stars? Best Chinese takeaway in Macclesfield? Really? As a visitor I dread to think what the others are like … a very ropey takeaway … two stars because the lady on the till was good value … first time I’ve ever had a special chow mien with spam in it!!!
This is the best Chinese takeaway in Macclesfield, in my opinion. Eaten from here many times, the food has always been excellent. Just finished another meal and it was great as always. Try the smoked chicken.
