   Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and arrogant attitude at this MOT centre. I was originally booked for 10 AM but was asked to come early for a 9 AM slot. I arrived promptly at 9 AM, yet they only picked up my car for MOT at 10 AM, making me wait for nearly 2 hours without reason or apology. When I politely questioned the delay, the staff member (a lady at the desk) responded rudely, falsely claiming I arrived at 9:15 AM — a blatant lie with no evidence. Ironically, my Google Maps timeline attached below clearly proves I arrived at 9:00 AM sharp. Instead of acknowledging their mismanagement, they chose to deflect with impolite response. This is not how customers should be treated. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values time and basic respect.

   Very rude failed mot on a screw in number plate and and bulb was upside for front light rip offs would never go here again went round the corner the next day and they passed it absolute rip offs and very rude just obviously wanted more money .
