   Such a shame it took so long for the Takeway to arrive - over an hour and a half. Very expensive too. Refused to issue refund for delivery fee. Not helpful at all.

   Unfortunately I’m having to leave a negative review. I usually love the food here and have never had a problem. However on this occasion I ordered from the street food menu 2x loaded chips with hoisin duck and asked for no peppers, no onion, no chilli, no spring onion so I just wanted the chips, duck and hoisin sauce. I know the onions, peppers etc are the best bit but my two teenage boys although not allergic to them simply don't like them. We picked up our meals and took them home, only to find them smothered in onion, peppers, spring onion and chilli. I’d not leave a negative review here if the business owner had just responded to my email, but I’ve had no reply this last 5 days. This is not acceptable. My sons could have had an allergy or an intolerance but my request although written on the ticket by the lady that took my order, was just ignored in the kitchen. I hope no one with a real allergy has this happen to them. The consequences could be fatal.

   Asked for no bones in duck and kindly asked them to please make sure there weren’t any bones only for them to wrap the duck and put the carcass on top so it’s the first thing I see! Absolutely disgusting idk if they weren’t happy I asked them to make sure, but Bare bones and the ribcage DID NOT need to be included and I can’t think of why they would have done it other than to be passive aggressive

   We usually order from Wok2go (Macclesfield) as a usual Chinese takeaway option, although this time when our food was delivered it was honestly horrible. We ordered a vegetarian sweet and sour which was thin, watery and tasteless, salt and pepper chips that were cold, soggy and flavourless, as well as an almost £10 prawn dish that had about 5 prawns. Mostly inedible, threw most of it away to get something else local. When we rang to complain, the young girl said the boss wasn’t there and would ring the next day, when they did they could only offer 20% off next order! £40 down the drain, will not be ordering ever again!

   Really enjoy a Wok 2 go take away, i can really taste the freshness of the food. The salt and pepper ribs are divine, I like to try something new each time and haven't been disappointed yet.

   Great Take Away, very fresh and tasty food and feels like a slightly more healthy take away than others. Little pricey and can get very busy at peak times so be prepared for a potential wait.

   We ordered our meal for delivery. The person who took our order claimed our card had been declined we tried another card & was told the same however wok2go took 2 amounts of £68.90 & no meal was delivered. I complained & 3 days later we were refunded. This company do not deserve to be in business

   This place used to be top notch and we have been going for years but just lately the standard of food and service have been terrible. Tonights meal of duck was like eating shoe leather coupled with the fact it’s vastly overpriced we won’t be using again. What a shame the management have let standards slip
