This is the first time me and my mum came here, I had a full set and my mum had a pedicure - she said it was one of the best pedis she’s ever had! I’m very impressed with my nails to. The salon is lovely and spacious. You wasn’t rush and it was a very relaxed environment. You wasn’t packed in and you wasn’t flooded with walk ins. Highly recommend and will 100% be returning for infills!
I am a qualified nail technician with 9 years of experience behind me and I have never come across such damaged nails as a result of your acrylics. Your nail technician, layered on acrylic so thick that it removed the surface of my clients nails. It took me an hour to remove the acrylic, normally takes 15 minutes!! Ladies avoid KT Nails, go to a salon that also has better customer service. I remove acrylics with a steamer process, not the acetone foils. At ZNP Style in The Box Salon, Burgess Hill.

I only wanted my toes painted, so was not there long, but they are lovely people, efficient and pleasant. All wear masks and I was asked to keep my flip flops on at this time of covid restrictions. Each station was cleaned after use. Next time I will have a full pedicure. Massive choice of colours!
