Wonderful staff very friendly open to chit chat and the food was divine. Quick service. The food was piping hot and delectable . Couldn't ask for anything better . Keep up the good work oriental tree ♡ I'll defiantly be returning .
Ordered for delivery at 7.05 and was told about 30 minutes, we left it until 8.05 because takeaways can get busy on weekends but was then told they thought we were collecting? I told them we asked for delivery already now how long? They said they would send it out with the driver shortly. The food arrived at 8.35pm and we're told it must have been missed off the last delivery. So the food had been sat for well over an hour then reheated meaning the food tasted vile unfortunately, we had 2 young girls who were starving after a long trip back home so did not really have a choice to take it back, we did check the order was right and the food felt warmish but as soon as we ate it we knew it had been reheated, this will be last time we order from here.
Having moved into the area, this is our local takeaway and is now our go-to Chinese. Online ordering for collection is very simple, with options to add more spice heat to various dishes, which we'd recommend. There are 2 cashpoints nearby, so being cash-only isn't much of an issue. Haven't been able to fault it as yet.
Moved to the area recently and was recommended here for a take away. It was amazing.. we had the food delivered each time and always delivered in time and delivered hot. The food is very tasty and fresh and I can highly recommend the salt and pepper chicken. Have used several times and will be doing so again!
We order from this Chinese Takeaway for over 3 years now. It was great a couple of years ago. It went downhill recently, probably they changed ownership as I see new faces everytime I collect. Ordered this evening as well, sweet and sour sauce was very waterlily and no taste at all. Bbq pork ribs with barley any meat on them and the sauce had some white bits in it. Chicken fried rice had the chicken boiled not fried. Told my self last time I'm not ordering again from here, but decided to give them another chance. What a stupid mistake.
Delivery was super quick and we suspected that the food couldn't have been freshly cooked. The chicken in my lemon chicken was dried out and impossible to chew!! The lemon sauce very artificial in flavour, chips not entirely cooked through and the sweet and sour chicken came minus the sauce! We rang and were told that replacements would be sent, which they were, so one star for the customer service. The replacement chicken was less dry, but still far from juicy/ tender and the sweet and sour sauce was OK. Thanks to Charlie for speedy, cheerful delivery! A second star.
We absolutely loved our take out food this evening. The delivery was quicker than expected and the food was amazing. I particularly loved the mushrooms, the sauce they came in was incredible.
I ordered Singapore chow mein amongst other dishes. I requested nothing other than chicken and prawn ie no beef or pork. I reiterated this several times, as I had ordered it previously and my request was ignored. Again my request was ignored ! I will not be ordering from here again.
Food is hit and miss,depends on who is cooking it when you order it. Staff there are polite and will make sure your order is what you want. I've ordered here a few times now,only had a few problems either they have forgot my drink, or something like that but always quick to sort it out. Can't really fault them they do try their best , got to be the best Chinese take away I've tried .
Turned up after 1hr45minutes. They knocked £8 off the bill as it took forever. But they missed a £7 meal off anyway. The food was stone cold and the crab claws were still frozen. Rang up to explain what’s happened and was told to have a good day. Shocking.
