Ordered double happiness like I have so many times before but the chicken was so bad I had to put it all in the bin, it must have been bad quality chicken as there was so many stringy tendon bits and it was so chewy I couldn’t bite anything off. The duck was also super dry and had no taste. Definitely not cooked fresh.
...unfortunately...the use of precooked brocoli in my vegetable fried rice made the whole thing taste like cabbage...the sweet and sour sauce has a flavour of cough syrup about it...otherwise fine
we have come to kim’s kitchen for years now, and it is the best in stafford!! everything is reasonably priced and always yummy, we’ve never gotten ill from it despite some of the reviews here!! staff are always lovely! highly recommend.
The food hygiene rating at this place is 2… mean that’s just nasty and says a lot really. Ordered Mongolian fried pork and unfortunately it made my sister violently sick a few hours after eating it. Definitely food poisoning. We will never order from here again.
Terrible. Ordered at 7.30 and it said arrival by 8pm. Currently still waiting at nearly 9pm. Food is nearly an hour late and impossible to get through on the phone. NEVER AGAIN! Do not order from here if you actually want to receive your meal.
Lovely meal and would have been 5, however no gravy with the English chicken and chips which is a given at most take outs. Had to add our own BBQ sauce instead. Tad disappointing but the portions were amazing and the authentic Chinese dishes very tasty
The worst take away I have ever had. BBQ sauce is nothing like BBQ sauce and is tasteless. The crispy chicken was tasteless and dry along with the duck. The only nice thing was the fried rice. Tried once will not try again.
Our go to Chinese takeaway in Stafford. Food is spot on every time. Good quality meat and portion sizes and 100% freshly cooked food. Salt and pepper chicken and chips are the best I’ve tasted. Have tried other Chinese takeaways in Stafford when Kim’s has been closed and they don’t compare.
Been a while since we've had a take away from Kim's kitchen but have to say it won't be so long until the next one. Absolutely fantastic food and really great value. Hidden gem of a take away in Stafford that I would highly recommend you try. (Especially the crispy chicken in Peking sauce and the chicken Szechuan)
We've had 6+ orders now that have always been excellent. Delivered hot, gorgeous food. Makes a lovely change to the mass produced packaged Chinese other Stafford takeaways do.
