   After the roof failed on my Mercedes Cabriolet…. With the Company I have my Platinum Warranty with telling me the roof isn’t covered…. And a couple of other garages telling me they wouldn’t touch the car… Dave had no problem booking me in. The job was bigger than we both expected with the roof having to be completely stripped down and new pipe work being fitted. Dave came in early and worked until late to ensure I got the car back in time for my Wife and I to renew our Wedding Vows this week. Honest answer to questions…. Excellent customer service and care from Dave, Ian and the Team…. I cannot recommend this Garage highly enough.

   My partner came here to query a knocking noise from his front end. Got advised it was a front caliper. Charged £312 for ONE caliper. On invoice, he's been charged for a diagnostic test which my partner DID NOT ask for or need. And even after the caliper was replaced, the issue has still remained. The owner is refusing a refund of the diagnostic test which was done and has told my partner he's being 'ridiculous'. Standard procedure is to change calipers in PAIRS alongside new discs and pads. Nothing but a money grabbing business and has no customer service skills whatsoever.

   Don’t waste your time . I took my car for a leak repair and all they did was clean the area and charged me . Took advantage of me cause am a woman of colour . When I called to say the problem was not solved and I needed my money back . I was told they would only give me £20 from £180. Which I don’t even have in the end. I took the car to Sinclair and the problem was sorted . Since I lost my trust in this garage.

   Recently had an MOT with David Coe and was so impressed by their service!! MOT was started and finished on time - the guys in the garage were absolutely lovely, explained everything over so that I understood - fantastic service!
