    Dan did another fantastic job for me spraying the rear bumper. Excellent job, done for a very fair price. Car was in and out within 2 days looking like new. 10/10

    I would never take my car to this garage. Daniel Williams seems to have a problem with his people skills as he spoke to my 64-year old mother like absolute rubbish. Telling her that “it really isn’t sinking in with you is it?” Along with various rude and obnoxious sentences when she had called for an update on her car. Bearing in mind it had been in for 7 days, with Daniel himself admitting to only carrying out 8 hours work, not to mention the increased cost from the original quotation, which has not been broken down, explained or justified. With the car being in for 7 days, it is completely reasonable for a customer to ask for an update through out the week, and a competent garage business owner would understand the need for such update, as it is difficult to plan a day around not having access to your own vehicle. Very unprofessional and disappointing, as the other members of staff were accommodating. It’s very unfortunate that one person can let down a whole business. ************* In response to J D Auto’s comment; amount paid was not what was quoted, with no justification for increase to quote. Unpleasant and unacceptable attitude/behaviour. Please note; 35 years does not equate to high standards and professionalism. Once again, disappointed.

    Used josh numerous times always a first class service. Can't recommend him highly enough to be honest. Used josh for servicing for my 2 vehicles Plus more complex issues. He's very thorough and won't change anything unnecessarily to try and eliminate them Price too is always great value for money.

    I broke down 150 meters away from the garage with a flat tyre, I hadn't used the garage before but due to the proximity decided to give them a call Despite the proximity I was still charged the full 'call out' fee which I just found pretty disappointing. I understand that it was a call out but most garages are pretty accommodating. In addition, I asked to be phoned once the work was completed as I had work appointments and needed to let my clients know when I'd be with them. Despite explaining this no-one phoned me. When I phoned for an update I was told the work had been completed and hour ago. I ju

    Done a great job on my car. Repaired parts which other repair shops said can only be replaced. Done it for a fraction of the price of other shops. And it now looks like it hasn't even had damage.     Great service from Dan and the guys here. Have used in the past for mechanical and body repairs which were great. How I run my own garage on the other side of Swansea and use Dan for my cylinder head skimming and testing. There work is second to none and much better value than other local companies in the area. Highly recommend for all there work.

    Do not buy a car from here!!! I bought a Ford Fiesta from this garage on the 26th March 2015. The staff were lovely whilst selling the car then things changed. Within 5 days of having my car the engine management light came on whilst I was out and about and then all of a sudden the car went in to limp mode. It had no power in it at all, I broke down twice, once on a busy road and then second time on a roundabout. I was lucky that no one went in to the back of me. I some how managed to get the car to my local garage where they had a look at it and told me that the coil pack had gone but everything to do with it was rotten. I got in touch with JD auto Motors to tell them about it and their reply was 'there is nothing wrong with the car, everything is fine' despite telling them what had happened. I told them that I want my money back for the car which I was entitled to as I had only had the car for 5 days. They refused me my money back and wanted to fix the car which I didn't want at all. They were very rude in the process and even threatened me. They had my car for a week and a half for fixing and kept telling me that the car is fixed and that they wanted to run it for a few hours to make sure that it was fine. On the day I was supposed to collect it I had a phone call to say that they had found even more problems with the car, all the values had gone. Which to me shows that when they told me the car was fixed it actually wasn't. I eventually had my money back after a long 3 weeks of hell but I have lost money in the process through Tax and Insurance and I am now without a car. From my experience I would no recommend these to anyone, I had a terrible experience with them. Very rude, arrogant and not friendly when you have a problem! Wouldn't want anyone to go through what I have.
