Excellent breakfast at a good price. I am surprised they were not a lot busier. Not a pretty place but good value and friendly, helpful staff.
Food was better than expected, and arrived in a timely manner the person who cleared our table before we sat must be mute as twice i thanked him to no reply, and as for the toilets?? 1 completely out of order and the other had overflowing bins and the hand dryer was out of service, which in my eyes is completely unacceptable considering there was at LEAST 5 staff members floating around! Definitely needs improvement!
A nicely stuated Cafeteria Upstairs on the First Floor with large windows to enjoy the busy Roundabout at St Stephens by the Norwich Ring Road,That said the ambience,The food and drink are nice.
We only had a drink but the food looked really good so next time we are in the city we will definitely be having something to eat

Stopped here for a fry-up, which although I enjoy do not have often. Everything was ok, but nothing special. Without wanting to seem contradictory, it was quite greasy and the portion size was not overly large. It's a pity, as the staff are friendly and think they try and do the best they can.

I visit wilko cafe regularly never normally have a problem. I visited the cafe the other afternoon with my partner and mum, everything was fine until we literally just stood up to get ready to leave and the normal cleaner/dish washer(who is always rude and walks around like he’s miserable) came strutting over to us with his mask down basically pushed me out of the way(I’m also 8 months pregnant) to grab our tray and started wiping down the table when we still had things like our phones still sitting on there as we just stood up and was putting out coat on. He didn’t politely say excuse me or apologise. He was very rude. Was very unhappy and disgusted to be honest. All the other staff are friendly and lovely and don’t have any problem at all but he is constantly rude and miserable and to be honest doesn’t clean very well either.
