   Wen my in for some breakfast this morning and got the American pancakes and a cappuccino was so lovely and was made super quick. The service was lovely and I had a great time in general - set my day up perfectly

   Passing through town, stopped in for breckie. I was greeted by a wonderful team of ladies who treated me no different despite my dairy allergy. They made sure I felt at no fault or inconvenience from asking them to ensure the meal was free from dairy. They also checked up on me to which I informed them how great the meal was. As someone who regularly feels like a problem when eating out and mentioning my allergy, for once I did not. Impeccable service, food which could not be faulted, prices which do not dent the bank account. Could not recommend more. Thank you.

   I have to say I was sadly disappointed with The Hideout. Myself and a couple of friends went for a bit of a birthday treat. One of our party got her food v. Quickly but the other two waited and waited while other people who arrived after us got their food. Eventually we asked about our order and was told it was coming , there was a delay because they were short staffed . Had this been explained to us at the beginning we would have just had cake and coffee as we had a train to catch. When I explained that we no longer had time to eat our food, they boxed it up for us . We didn’t get salad/garnish which we were supposed to get and the Panini’s were dry and hard with not much filling. We paid to eat in and ended up with take-out with no offer of any sort of refund and a half hearted apology .

   I love comming here the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is brilliant and nothing is too much hassle for them if you want a slight variation to the meal when ordering as in don't want something then they will sort it for you. The other bit I like is they do a healthy brekkie which for me is ideal as I'm on slimming world and with out the toast it works out about 2 syns or 8 with the toast.

   Decent brunch with my family. No avocado and the adult transitional breakfast was the same portion size as the kids breakfast. Friendly staff and plenty of seating options. Would go back for sure.

   I would personally like to thank Tanya over her consideration towards my dad during covid. Not sure what that has to do with her as they are a cafe but as they were delivering food parcels to my dad during this time and she wanted to know where I was during this time. Well Tanya i would like you to know I actually moved in with my dad and I was with him every single day for 4 weeks. Nit sure if I was going to wake up and find him alive or not. Clearing up after him during this time, taking delivery of your 2 food parcels. You have just brought back to me how close I could have been to losing my dad, who i care for very deeply but a big shout out to you for your concern not. I don't care that you have asked me not to return yo your cafe as your establishment is not high on my list of places to visit.

   Was a bad experience as soon as I steeped in the door the waitress walked straight passed us didn't even make eye contact. more expensive than the breakfast i had in central london and half as much food. what a joke of a place staff are unfriendly I will never wast money here again.
