Costa app wasn't working. No option to add later with receipt. Rubbish bin's? Trays being left on tables- was definitely like a table service collection. Food and coffees were good and hot.
I’ve noticed that most of the time, the Costa Club card doesn’t work at this store, which means we can’t use our offers or collect points. It feels a bit suspicious, especially since this often happens during busy hours. On top of that, the staff seem to rush customers through payment, which makes the experience feel quite stressful.
Terrible services from lady staff at 3pm and shirt senior worker I had travel all way taxi for my birthday refused my birthday treat and the lady in rude way saying go to next haymarket branch also the staff male was on laptop on counter where good bring serve got photos send to food safety at city council no manager on shift so the man say I call next store spoken nice lady she pass. Y number onto managers I have also email your chief executive this afternoon philippe two staff members don’t have clue how treat customers I just seen unhappy customer just left review
Great location in Norwich for people watching while having a lovely latte and a slice of cake..clean costa with lady washing tables and sweeping up while I was there.
Located right in the centre of town on the market Square. Two floors of seating and two toilet facilities. Good service and very friendly staff. Quick turn around time between orders. Basement floor seating is quiet and relaxing.
We walked by and fancied a coffee, so we came inside. I ordered a flat white which came luke warm and not strong at all. I ordered an oat latte with one shot which instead had two. Although I appreciate it was slightly busy, I would not recommend
A great Costa branch with top-notch coffee, cleanliness, seating and service. Been visiting mostly every week for my coffee fix, recently enjoying the Chocolate Orange hot chocolate and the Toblerone variant. Otherwise, they have a great selection of coffees, teas, and cold drinks for the warm weather. The cleanliness of the seating is always outstanding, with an array of seating to access for eating and drinking in. The service is always great and wait times are decent both in quiet and busy times of the day. 5* will continue to use this branch for well needed coffee breaks.
Definitely the location is fantastic and ideal. The ambiance is good and modern. The service is average, nothing special at all as a matter of fact you will feel rush and the feeling of get out of my face after you've paid. Sorry but it is what I've experienced for so many times I've been there, the reason I still visit the place is proximity to my place and also being do some computer works online while enjoying a cup of coffee and slice of cake.
This is a nice cafe. It’s clean and comfortable. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are pleasant. The downstairs area is particularly nicely decorated and seems to be much less busy that the other areas. I would recommend this place.
