   I had a emergency job come up that needed sorting out straight away so i popped into Screwfix and they had all the supplies i needed in store which enabled me to get the emergency job done very quickly!    Unfortunately the sales manager is a typical Karen. I was being served by one gentleman who asked my address, i said "sorry why is that?" He said it was to put me on the database and a I said "no thankyou, just the product please". To which the sales manager (who was serving someone else) found it necessary to butt into our conversation and give me a talking down to about how their normal customers are used to their processes and I would have to let them know in future each time I come in that I just want the sale and no fuss. 1) why would i remember/learn to behave differently in this store compared to every other shop i enter just to appease their methods 2) why was Karen interfering? She annoyed me. The gentleman serving was perfectly polite and I was happy enough with his responses. I didnt need her sticking her neck out to be rude toward me.

   The staff in the store were great. We had a order abandoned by head office and no notification was sent to the store meaning we never received any communication for our order. When we went in store to see what was happening, alot of the team where very helpful and accommodating to find us answers. Jade and her team went above and beyond for us.

   Great service. Super easy to click and collect as well as returns and refunds. I had to return an item (unopened and unused), full refund no questions asked. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are usually great as well. It's a relief that these shops are open during these tier 4 times.
