   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Lorraine at The Range, Eastbourne I visited The Range in Eastbourne today looking for a lawnmower to tend to my garden. I wasn’t entirely sure what I needed, but thanks to Lorraine’s warm, polite, and friendly service, I left with exactly what I was looking for. Her 20+ years of experience in the business truly shone through — she took the time to listen, advise, and guide me to the perfect choice with genuine care and professionalism. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and can’t thank Lorraine enough. Good customer service deserves recognition, but great customer service — like Lorraine’s — deserves to be shared with everyone. I highly recommend The Range / Homebase Garden Centre in Eastbourne. I hope management appreciate staff who like Loraine, She’s a true credit to the store and a shining example of outstanding customer service.

   They need to call this place....were plants go to die!!! The manager seems more interested in what's for lunch than helping the staff. The poor woman at the tills had someone exchange an item by throwing the receipt at her and walking off. The manager was nowhere to be seen!! No staff anywhere and when you do ask for help it seems like you are putting them out. The only good staff is the poor man trying to keep the dying plants alive. Shop needs a good facelift as very out dated and miss match.

   Excellent customer service received from a gentleman working at the furniture section upstairs . I didn't buy anything. I was just browsing, and the gentleman approached me and was available for all my questions. I need to re decorate my apartment, and i needed to see some products before deciding on online shopping. I will definitelly shop there again.

   I visited Homebase today and Leonie was on Customer Service. I am not a frequent visitor, but have had occasion to query something in the past and have come across Leonie virtually every tine. She is attentive, efficient and has a brilliant way with customers. Please pass my thanks to her- she is a real asset to your store!

   Excellent selection of Christmas decorations and good quality too. Their LED lights are a little expensive but they are of good quality so worth it. I did go in there once for a wood chisel, asked a younger member of staff where and ended up having to find them myself, no real drama, could have been his first day /shrug
