Amazing store, with beautiful furnishings and gifts. One of my favourite places to shop. The staff are attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend it.

I have never visited such a beautiful independent shop such as this, it is absolutely stunning. I went with a work colleague who goes here regularly, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have got to know about it. Each room, of which there are many, is a feast for the eyes, you have to visit to believe it, honestly. The staff are delightful, so welcoming, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend going here, it's an experience you won't forget.

Great to see something different on The High Street these days. Beautiful furniture, art and everything of good quality. The staff left us alone to browse which is refreshing in furniture stores.
This Neptune store in particular is well worth a visit, they are extremely welcoming and can answer all your questions - of course it is beautiful and the products exceptional BUT their Customer Service is outstanding; at the end of the day you'll want to order and this is straightforward with them. All in all an excellent experience! If you are in the South East avoid ordering through the Tonbridge branch, what a fiasco, a month delay by their incompetence - therefore order through either HAILSHAM or HOVE. Toby is the main guy and also Katy will go out of her way to help you and get things done.
Wow stunning store. It was decorated for Christmas, trees everywhere. There were so many fabulous items, beautiful throws, cushions, kitchens, dining room furniture and lounge items. I particularly liked the tv units. They were available in two sizes and although they came in a standard colour you could pay an additional fee for an alternative colour choice. Definitely a store to visit for high end quality and worth a visit for inspiration.
Beautifully set out. However, not a friendly welcome as is always the way in the Brighton store. I was there with a friend who is about to renovate a property and we were looking at kitchens in particular. Not one of the members of staff asked if we needed any help or advice. Left feeling rather disillusioned and disappointed.
