   I haven't bought any products from AVS but I did pull in to their customers car park when my car broke down. The staff were understanding and friendly and gave me a hot coffee on a cold and miserable day. I'm not local to Ringmer but if I do need fencing or landscaping products i will be jumping in my (soon to be) working car and heading to AVS!

   I have an account with AVS. But every time I use them i have a bad experience. Bad customer service, expensive products, rudeness, poor deliver times, the list is long. After this most recent rude and inappropriately handled payment miscommunication I will not be using them again.
