Chris came to my property and completed a full reroof due to a number of issues. Chris was verry friendly and went through the process clearly. while he was carrying out the work Chris updated me with progress each day. i would recommend to anyone thinking of using this services
Sadly not a very good experience. Chris and his colleague removed and fit a new roof on my external garage, the work was scheduled for the 28th of October and was 90% finished on that day. They were very pleasant and I had high hopes the job would be finished to a quality standard. The old rubbish was removed, however, loads of small chunks of polystyrene from the old roof were left behind and were not collected. The original quote for the work was £1800 plus VAT. But during the work, Chris said the roof would need new timbers, which would cost extra, no price was mentioned at the time. I got the final invoice for £3029, as the extra materials were an additional £724. The roof, however, is unfinished. The side panels have no corner pieces and the electric and data cables that run from the bungalow to the garage are now sagging, because they used to be attached to the garage with a tension wire. Chris has promised numerous times to come back to finish the work but has failed to do so Every time there has been an excuse, the latest one is that he's injured his injured ankle and won't be able to work for anywhere from 2-4 weeks. I'm sorry, but if you're paid in full, you need to finish the work paid for. It's now December the 12th, 2021 and there's been no update and ignored my request for compensation so I can get the work finished by someone else. A report has been made to trading standards.
