Nice team but lacking my brand of tools (dewalt) although they did have the charger and battery i also wanted. Sadly all this means is that i wont return and give myself an extra day for online delivery. Would rather spend local and dont mind paying the premium but i do expect my brand in stock to be able to do so.
This company is verging on useless at customer service when things go wrong. After our apprentice bought a set of Milwaukee drills that went faulty 4 or 5 times, we rejected the final repair and demanded a refund. Their excuse for not abiding by the consumer rights laws, is the fact that Milwaukee won’t allow it! They don’t seem to understand the sale contract / purchase agreement is with them, NOT Milwaukee. Avoid. We won’t be using them again that’s for sure. When we told them we don’t want the tools repaired, they did it anyway. EVERY single time. We’re talking 6 times roughly as 3 tools in total went faulty. Not worth the hassle if companies aren’t going to learn the laws. They are the lucky the apprentice doesn’t want to fight it, I’d be taking them to court.

Top tip; If you're going to drive like a prat and cut people up on the roads, don't do it in a logo written van
Knowledgeable staff, good range of products, friendly professional service that you can trust. The front door needs improvement since it looks like a back door, which makes it look like the shop is closed. There is a sign next to the door saying "We are Open", but still missing that first impression.
