   Dreadful treatment, no attention to their work and no communication or listening skills there at all. (Other than 1 receptionist that tried) Over a year to sort a root canal (appointments had to be rearranged but still took a year). Then got booked in for 2 appointments with another dentist, scan and treatment, they booked it and told me I was in the wrong and how I can fix it...

   I started the whitening process last month in readiness for a few veneers on my front teeth. Something I have always been aware of was how uneven my teeth were. Bearing in mind I am 66 years old, it was a decision I didn’t take lightly due to the cost. I had my veneers fitted yesterday and was overcome with the results and wish I’d had it done years ago. I now have a smile that I’m not afraid to show now. My dentist Mr Joao Rodrigues and the dental nurse were brilliant through the whole process and kept me very informed at every step. I would recommend this dentist and the treatment to anyone.

   Excellent PRF treatment by Dr João Rodrigues. On third session and the difference in my skin is remarkable, so much so that some wrinkles have disappeared completely. Dr Rodrigues was very clear and patient in explaining the treatment and I can say that it was painless. His colleague, Jola, was also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend!

   Crack my teeth when they do extraction . Told me they can't finish the extraction and they unable to remove what ever left to remove and I need to book private appointment with them to finish work , .Will be good to add as they left me with a massive pain! Shocking . Avoid . Remove me from the list and send 18 pound invoice for not turn out for appointment witch I was canceled on the phone with week notice !

   Had a follow up appointment today with Dentist Ines Ruco together with her assistant. My appointment was on time and found Ines to be very professional and skilled. She has a knack for putting you completely at ease, and her assistant couldn't of be more friendly. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but I must say they both made it a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Ines for dental work.

   This dental practice does not even deserve 1 star! Very disappointed with my experience today waiting around for over 20 minutes to see a dentist whilst I could hear them all laughing and joking around (including the dental technician who was going to be seeing me) I was the in the room with him for about 4 minutes where he hardly even looked at my teeth and didn’t tell me whether it was all good or not good. Then gave me a X ray which I did not give consent for which I was then charged for! Waited months for that appointment after being cancelled on several times! Absolutely joke and waste of time and money!!

   I am extremely upset with this practice. The NHS dentist and nurse are extremely rude and treat their patients in an abusive manner. Do not go to this dentist practice unless you wished to be judged and bullied about the problem you are having with your teeth. I have never been so disgusted in my life. Your job is to help people, not to abuse people.
