   I have a terrible fear of Dentist appointments, and especially having a tooth out. For the first time ever in my life,this dentist put me at ease , I didn’t feel the tooth coming out , I actually had to ask. Is it really out. I would recommend going there again. If I ever had to have another one out. Thank you for your patience Two weeks later. I had another tooth extracted by D Kumar. Again another good experience, thank you.

   I'm absolutely chuffed with the treatment I received today. my daughter smacked me on my head when I was take a drop of my pop and she accidentally cracked my front tooth. I have had excellent service and my front tooth is much better and finally I got abit more confidence in myself. thank you so so much for helping me.

   Amazing service received today by the lovely staff at this dental practice. Communication is fantastic. Emails and courtesy calls for reminders for appointments are fantastic. Appointment time was kept to the schedule, the receptionists were very helpful, polite and professional. Dental staff were very informative and gave good advice. A thorough check-up received.    As a private patient of manor road dental practice I could not get an appointment for love nor money. I suffered with extreme toothache for days. I rang 111 who arranged an appointment at cwmbrwla dental practice. I have to say the dentist I saw whom I unfortunately didn’t get his name was one of the nicest, patient and understanding dentists I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, He ran through all of my options without rushing to get me out of there which manor road do. I was convinced my tooth needed removing as I am so used to manor road just removing my teeth and trust they needed to be removed, I can categorically say if I went there they would of removed the tooth.he resolved the issue and I’ve been pain free since. Thank you so much!

   Went here today for a checkup, beautiful clinic and the staff are all lovely. Had some concerns with my teeth and they provided me with all the options I have available. Highly recommend this place, First time I’ve had a genuinely nice dentist experience. Booked back in for 6 months time

   Been with this practice for many years,tried phoning them for appointment and they have refused me treatment saying that cos I haven't been since 2015 I'm no longer on their system,what a joke,last appointment was before COVID which they refused , very rude on the phone ,be aware.

   Girlfriend very happy with new teeth. Mr Kumar did a great job and she can now smile again with confidence. All staff always courteous despite working under extreme COVID restrictions. A good dental practice who look after their patients. Carry on the good work.

   Of the 120 times I’ve tried calling to make an appointment today, 119 times it has said “user busy” and the 1 time I had any sort of dial tone, I was on hold for over an hour without speaking to anyone!!!!!

   ive been with this practice for over 20 years. today I called for an emergency appointment . Was greeted by a warning threat of expulsion if I'm not courteous to the receptionist? then was told I had no chance of an appointment. even when I explained how urgently I needed to be seen. was advised to call back next month....very disappointed and annoyed .
