they will tell you one thing when you buy it, but a completely different thing when you have a problem with it.
I dealt with Nicola (manager) who was brilliant. Bought just 4 turfs for garden. Delivered free and early. Some staff can be a bit brusque but worth it for the knowledge and advice you won't get elsewhere.

Nothing too much trouble for the gentleman helping us, a real hidden gem of a shop had exactly what we needed that we struggled to find elsewhere. Will definitely be coming back

Regretfully, if you have an issue with a product dont expect them to be able to sort it out or to contact you when they say they will. Shame , it's one local business that I will not be supporting.
Great of you want a wide selection of ironmongery. Knowledge of some staff is sometimes limited but they are friendly and always try to help. Prices sometimes a bit high.
