Really pleased with the work done by Callum Steele over the last few appointments. Iβve been feeling pretty let down by the work Iβve had done by previous dentists but I honestly wouldnβt want to be seen by anyone else going forward. Great communication, very reassuring and genuinely excellent work done. Highly recommend.
Billy and staff are great. Put nervous patients at ease . Text reminders . Even phone to speak to you which is a rare quality today .
Excellent service and friendly, polite staff. Reasonable prices for private patients. Awesome fish tank in reception too, which helped calm my nerves before filling work done.
I attended this dental practice for the first time and was seen by Callum! I was extremely nervous but I was put at ease straight away! Everything was explained to me and I wasnβt rushed at all. I would highly recommend Callum to anyone and will be continuing all my care with him! He is a credit to the team! All the staff I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly.
My son attended today for emergency treatment. He was made to feel at ease (as he has learning difficulties) and told me the dentist and hygienist were great. After having an extraction he said it was good to have no pain. Thank-you for treating him. Super service.
Had two teeth out today I think I love my dentist, he was like a ninga taking out the teeth. Everything was explained in a way I could understand it was instant trust as my usual dentist is away, I had no pain whilst the procedure was carried out I was glad to be there due to the amount of pain I was in. He was Greek and that was reassuring for me he knew what he was diagnosing, I'd go back to him until my usual dentist returns to work Xx Thank you for being there when I needed help.xxx
I visited the practice for an emergency appointment when one of my fillings fell off! I am not a big fan of the dentist but I was impressed by the professionalism of the dentist and the staff! They first made me feel comfortable before treating the problem... They also rang me the day after to make sure the symptoms had gone! Thank you guys, keep it up!
Poor quality service tried calling for over an hour. Even whilst I was in reception. When I questioned this I was told we only have 1 line and it's in use. How can any business run by ignoring customers. Management here must have won an award in the faulty towers guide to customer service
I have been a patient for the past 10years and the staff are always friendly, professional and put me at ease as a dental visit is not one I relish. I would recommend this practice
Have only recently been accepted as a patient and am happy to say the treatment received has been excellent, a very relaxed atmosphere, this for me is very important as I am no hero where dental work is required, many thanks.
