Surprisingly good prices from Travis Perkins for once! Had to reluctantly go here to get some materials to finish a job (it's common in the trade to avoid travis perkins for their reputation and prices!), bit was presently supposed by the help and prices.
We’ve used Travis Perkins (Worthing Clapham Common) for many years but they wouldn’t have always been our first port of call for materials. However, the service we’ve received the start of this year has been outstanding. Since being in Contact with Connor, nothing is too much trouble. Connor is prompt at replying, helpful and very efficient. Connor often goes out of his way to help us with last minute deliveries or price matching- which we’re grateful for. We’re extremely impressed with the service provided and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to other local trades. The working partnership we now have with Travis Perkins is faultless. My go to place for all building materials. Great staff throughout the Clapham branch. Any questions on materials are usually answered quickly, if something isn't stocked they can offer to get it normally at a reasonable time frame.
Very helpful staff. They only had some of what I needed, but looked up online the closest place for me to get the rest... even wrote down the address for me. Top draw customer service.

For delivering it certainly was NOT the best experience I've had with TP. So rather than be all negative I won't leave feedback
From the few times I’ve been the past couple of weeks I’ve found the shop staff have been very helpful with a great attitude proper service with a smile! The yard staff on the other hand don’t seem like they want to be there, very unhelpful with a bad attitude when you do actually get one of them off their seat to give you a ticket after loading the materials myself. Have never experienced service like this from any other yard staff in other travis Perkins in the south east. I hope it improves.
Still with extra social distancing so pick up is a bit more difficult but stock was there and the prices were good. Yard service as usual was shocking.
A fantasy wonderland pricing strategy - not for the customer though. Not much of a social experience either, the staff know nothing about building and everything is too expensive. Not quite the B & Q - style rip off but still unrealistic. Do your wallet a favour and go somewhere else
