I went in yesterday to get a replacement flush button and spoke to Andy who was so helpful. He fixed my broken item and took the time to look up the part for me. Although they didn’t have my item,he found on the internet a company that had the part I needed incase it broke again. … What great service from Andy and Plumbase in Portland rd.

Sadly, the staff were not very pleasant or keen to help me, who was made to feel like just a silly woman. Shame as I had been told they were very helpful, perhaps I got them on a bad day, Friday afternoon!
