The most amazing customer service at the Hove store today. We shopped with a baby and toddler, which would normally be a stressful experience. Lucy and Heidi were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us with our purchase. The store is beautiful with a very good selection of products for every room of the home.
I have always found the team at this showroom helpful and friendly. In particular we like the colours and quality of their paints. Today they have excelled, I needed some paint, but due to Covid restrictions I cannot leave my home - Toby delivered the paint to the house. Many thanks

Recently looking for a new kitchen, so many times I pasted the Hove shop and kept saying I must go in for a look. When we decided to change are kitchen , Neptune cane to mind, when going into the shop, it was so beautifully laid out , and very comfortable to look around without any pressure from the staff, in fact Louise offered coffe and just made it a really good experience, we took are brochure home and really I did not need to look else where. Second visit Jeanette the store manager , was so friendly and arranged for Lee the designer ito pop round to give us some ideas . After Lee’s visit he drew up a plan , which looked great, Lee was wonderful and the rest is history as they say, we have a wonderful new kitchen, and all I can say is Neptune is a fabulous place to deal with. The fitting all went to plan and the workman where such hard workers. Neptune is also great for interiors, so I will be making lots of visits to the shop .
