Having made an appointment to visit Posture People not only were there plenty of chairs to try but much, much better than that was the knowledge and experience that Jo was able to add to the experience of having a chair fitted and adjusted to suit my needs. I'm delighted with my new chair which is so supportive and comfortable. The Posture People website is well worth a visit - there is a comprehensive online shop with all manner of products to assist in ensuring that the human frame in its many shapes and sizes is correctly and comfortably supported in workplace environments. I also found their blog interesting and informative so well worth look.
Since the COVID lockdown has kicked me out of the office a pre-existing back condition has been badly exacerbated by the cheap s/h home office furniture, so I had to buy a proper office chair. David called me back, made sure he understood all my requirements, answered all my questions very knowledgeably and generally was incredibly helpful in getting a selection of options to me that were in stock and could be delivered next working day after the Bank Holiday. Absolutely 5 star service and will not hesitate to use again if the company needs any more kit.
I am absolutely delighted with the assistance i got in the PP showroom from Pete and the chair i ended up buying. Have suffered with sitting for work for years and this has made a huge difference to my life after just a week - i wish i had bought a quality chair like this years ago. Company also better than average for keeping you informed about the status of order and delivery which is nice.
The company I work for bought a 24/hr chair for one of our buildings approximately 3 years ago now, the chair was of high quality and had all the gadgets a chair could possibly have. The services department have always been very good and quick at responding, and no longer use any other company for supplying of chairs.
Professional, reliable service and what a wonderful product. So pleased we finally invested in our posture with the Axia office chairs. Didn't really think about the impact of sitting all day in day out in front of a computer in a cheap Ikea office chair until we upgraded. The seating quality, comfort and adjustable options are brilliant and the new chairs ahve transformed computer/office time. We even received a post order telephone tutorial to help us adjust the seating to our specific requirements. Would most certainly recommend.
