We stayed here with our motorhome and camped in the field at the side of the pub. Great value at Β£12 a night without ehu. We had plenty of space and yse of the pub toilets, all very clean. The pub has a large outdoor area to eat or drink and plenty of tables inside. Friendly staff and a good local pub atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Truly astounded by the quality and variety of food. Staying at a nearby campsite with a captive customer base you would expect a lot less. Generous portions of quality food together with a warm welcome and helpful staff. Dog friendly too. Would definitely recommend a visit if you’re in the area and worth the trip if you’re not.

A Must-Visit on the Broads – Dog Friendly and Delicious! We stopped off at The Dog Inn on the first full day of our holiday on the Broads, and all agreed we'd definitely be back again before the week was out and we were right! The first thing I noticed was just how dog friendly it is. There were dog beds, water bowls, and even treats and meals for dogs available to buy at the bar, a lovely touch that made us (and our four-legged friends) feel very welcome. Once we got settled, we had a look at the menu; a good selection all round, and as it was Sunday, they were doing Sunday Lunches too. We ordered two roast beef dinners and two fish and chips. The food didn’t arrive instantly, but it didn’t take too long either. What really stood out straight away were the huge portion sizes. I’ll admit, I usually see that as a warning sign, quantity over quality but not here! The two roast dinners were described as the best ever by those who had them, and the fish was excellent (I just wish it had come with proper chippy chips but that's a personal preference!). On our second visit, we came back for Ribs and Wings Night (a little tip: get there early, it’s popular!). We were only able to order two portions of the ribs and wings, so the other two in our group went for the steak and stilton pies. Once again, the portions were generous, but the quality was fantastic. The ribs were brilliant, and the pies were rich, hearty, and full of flavour. All in all, this place was a highlight of our trip: warm, welcoming, generous, and delicious. If you're visiting the Broads, I would highly recommend stopping off at The Dog Inn. Just be sure to bring your appetite (and your dog)!

Friendly pub where you can sit out in the sun or shade. Inside its a bit bland. All four of us agreed that the food was excellent - very tasty, well presented and good quantities. The beef was cooked to perfection.

What a lovely pub. The beer is excellent, the food very tasty and the staff are magnificent. We're coming back. We've returned the next day. No ales...... at all! No Guinness at all! I'm stuck with Worthington's draft flow beer. It's about the same as John Smith's smooth! What a disappointment. And this time theres a family in with noisy, screamy children. Not what you want in a pub.

What an excellent meal, each had something different. Both meals were excellent, especially the Lamb Chops on the specials board. Last time we were here was 20 years ago , decided it was not for us, current management took over 17 years ago and now we are very sorry not to had gone back. We will return in July 23. Thanks for a lovely meal and making us feel welcome. P.S. dogs very welcome.

Great pub if you are mooring at ludon Bridge as it is not too far to walk. Very dog friendly and nice happy staff. Good selection of beers at ok prices. We had the calimari from the specials board and the cod off the main menu. Food was good just a little over priced in my opinion. Overall well worth a visit if you are in the area

We came to the Dog Inn on our first adventure in the new camper van stayed a couple of nights for only Β£20 the owner gave us access to the toilet through the night if needed. It's a great little place good food, good ale and great people very welcoming we wouldn't hesitate returning if we're in the area again.

One of my favourite pubs. Informal but nicely decorated. Wholesome food in big portions. Good vegetarian selection and only a few hundred yards from Ludham Bridge moorings. Good quality pints and very friendly staff and management. Highly recommended......
