   Shockingly bad. Have used Wan Loy for several years, but recently we have no clue what has happened, all the dishes were so bad, no pancakes with the duck (how do you forget to put them in), the special chow main was like Heinz spaghetti, orange tasteless and hardly any prawn or meat, even their seaweed has changed, the hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour, crispy chilli beef was bad, spent £57 for me and the wife, most of it went in the bin... After years of going there.... NEVER AGAIN!

   Foods nice but it's so so annoying when they keep forgetting an item or two out of the order. It's happened at least 3 times now and means that my partner has to go back and collect it (to be fair they always apologise, but it's still not ideal) and we have to sit and wait for him to return in order to have the family treat meal together.

   For being half chinese, I would say the quality is very poor, unauthentic and cheap. The staff was slow and unattentive, some main orders took a long time to arrive. When we asked for a jug of water they completely forgot. The atmosphere was very cold and food not particularly hot. Honestly, we eat better chinese food at home. For these reasons I rate it low.

   Disappointed had many a Chinese from here and was always okay . Had one last night start off girl on the phone, lovely very friendly told 1 hour for delivery okay fine got to am hour and half later nothing so rang up kept saying on the phone ..I tried for 20 minutes finally rang to hav rge girl answer again and put me onto someone else who was very rude when all I did was ask how long it would be as I'd now been waiting hour 45 minutes and all I got was it'll be 10-15 minutes were busy and the phone put down on me another 20 minutes went by until our order arrived and someone who stank of weed and couldn't even speak properly he also climbed over our gate rather them opening it delivered our food ...was disappointed when I started dishing it up straight away of course as after over 2 hours I was starving it was cold ....really disappointed and probably wont be ordering from them again. A slight sorry for your wait or sorry about that would of been nice but nothing no sorry or nothing just plain rudeness! Ordered at 6:08pm delivered at 8:10pm ....

   Take away sweet and sour. chicken was so chewy I had jaw ache. Chips appeared to be frozen. Wouldn't visit again.

   We've been coming here for over 10 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. All the dishes are great, I'd especially recommend the Thai dishes.
