Don’t take your bike there,to be fixed,unless it’s a brand that they sell. I took my bike there ,a brand they don’t sell ,only wanting someone to get my rear brakes working. “We can’t do electric bikes , particularly if we don’t sell that brand ,in case it blows up” ,I was told. On saying that I wasn’t asking for it to be serviced , and no work was required on the motor,battery or any of the electrics , I was still told “No”. I can understand not doing electrical work on brands they’re not familiar with , but If they’re not prepared to do basic mechanical work,such as brakes,then they obviously don’t want the business,so they definitely won’t be getting any more from me.
