“I had done a small Tri and wanted to improve my bike time, so I went to tri harder for advice on whether to buy some new wheels and aero bars for my nice road bike, (I thought a TT bike would be over my budget). Ben advised me on many different options and even offered to set up a TT bike for me to try. I am not very flexible and 62. Amazingly i was able to get comfortable, fairly aero and maintain power. I had a strict budget, but was able to buy an Argon 18 with DT swiss wheels. Ben did an amazing bike fit, and i am able to go back for adjustments as I get used to it (all part of the deal). Nothing was too much trouble. Ben and his team were extremely helpful and patient, always giving me great advice. My new bike has made a huge difference: it's much quicker, more fun and way cooler than any of my other bikes.”

“Took my Boardman hybrid in for a full service and repairs following a crash. I can honestly say that the bike feels better now than when I first bought it second hand 10 years ago. Soren explained everything he needed to do and gave me a worst case scenario on price. It ended up lower than that and his prices are incredibly reasonable anyway. Will definitely go back more regularly!”

“Had trouble with my front derailleur alignment and after several attempts to fix it I took it here and within 5 minutes Nathan had got it in perfect order. Nathan was very kind and answered all my questions so i better understand my bike. He gave me some useful info about how my shifter has a half position that allows the cage to move slightly towards the smaller cog while in position of the bigger cog which allows all rear gears to be used without chain rub.”

“Shaun is always polite, helpful and gives great service. We always take our bikes to Mandarin Cycles for servicing. We have bought our last 3 or 4 bikes from there. If we have ever had an issue like a broken pedal or a flat tyre he has always helped fit us in quickly to resolve this issue. Would definitely recommend.”

“Long Story! .... I bought a Trek bike from pedal revolution way back in 2020. I paid in advance for it to have a 6 & 12 month service. THEN COVID CAME ALONG! Then I moved house and my bike just sat in the garage ever since. Fast forward 5 years! My bike got a puncture in the back wheel, (perished). I took my bike, along with 2 tyres that I had bought from PR in 2020. Matt kindly dealt with me and arranged for my bike to have a new inner tube for back wheel and put my new-ish tyres in place of the old ones. Bearing in mind that roughly 5 years had passed since I bought bike and services, in total my bill came to £4.99. That is what I call FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks to everyone concerned, especially Matt. I would recommend PR 100%.”
