   I had reason last week to get my Giant mountain bike repaired asap, and rang up Cycle Revolution in the hope they could oblige. Nick, in the service dept. took in my my bike, and within an hour or so text to say the bike was ready for collection. The competitive price quoted for the job was honoured and I was given back my bike in gwo. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff so happy to recommend.

   Edit: I tried one more time to come into the store to give them another chance. The mechanic who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff members who were available when I came to the store were far more reactionary to having a customer around. Reflected my rating accordingly. Original: Wondering where all the staff were hiding. I was never approached by a staff member for assistance (I couldn't see anyone upstairs to begin with, surely you would staff both floors?). I managed to flag down someone who was in the back area downstairs, after some time waiting. the individual was reasonably helpful, however it seems there's an obsession to stock only one brand of road bike shoe (there was about 95 percent for one brand, about 2-3 of another. nothing else?). Takes a week to get stock in for some sizes, apparently. it's ok, no need to bother - within that week I will have procured a set of shoes from another store, who are more helpful.

   I’ve purchased special bikes, ridden many miles on their annual Tour De Broads Events and just recently had my Trek road bike serviced at their Norwich shop. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit for all your cycling needs and expect a warm welcome from this family owned company. Nothing is too much trouble and you will not be disappointed.

   Took my bike in for a pro service a week ago. Cost me £155 for the service alone. They checked everything. Told it was all fine. When I collected the bike was given a few weeks guarantee period where if there’s any problems I can bring it back. 6 days later my chain snaps 30k into a triathlon race. Not ideal, but these things happen. Would have expected any excessive wear to be picked up during the service. Take my bike back in the next day - told that there is no mechanic for 4 weeks and they can’t do anything about it. No offer of a refund. No offer of covering the charge of going somewhere else. I have another race in two weeks so can’t wait 4 weeks to have it repaired. Appalling service. Why offer a guarantee if you can’t honour it? Would never use them again.

   Poor customer, online and delivery service - Item not delivered and company refusing to provide refund until I return an item I don't have - if you're ordering online go elsewhere. Edit - I received no communication about an issue with my order until I called then had to wait another day for a reply just to say my issue isn't resolved. Problem solving and communication skills are poor. You also mentioned the item is being rerouted to me - this is a lie confirmed by the delivery company. I am still waiting for a refund. Update - Day 20, still no refund obtained from the company. Do not order from this company online.

   I went for a cycling trip to Norfolk and my decided to broke down. Popped in to this shop to see if they could help my put. The ginger young fella sorted my bike out in less than an hour! I believe his name was Cameron, thanks, you are a legend!

   I had a Retül bike fit from Specialized Concept Store Norwich as an intermediate cyclist, ahead of an 100 mile sportive. The experience from start to finish was first-rate. Jack, who was knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly, guided me through the fitting. The level of detail the Retül system goes into was impressive and Jack was able to make adjustments to get all of my measurements into an acceptable range. Jack also recommended a new seat and stem to compliment this. The result, my bike is far more comfortable and my power output has improved significantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service to any road cyclist, regardless of experience.

   Went to the opening night, promised myself not to spend anything, 2 hours later, new shoes, socks, footbeds and a helmet purchased! Couldn’t help myself ! Also booked myself in for a Retul bike fit with Jack - the fit guru! On the whole, my new favourite place, outstanding products, service, staff and retail environment, well done guys
