I really like this shop! The people are easy to talk to, they don't make you feel silly for asking questions, and it feels like an inclusive space. I always come here for repairs and they do them fast and very well. Would absolutely recommend!
Bicycle Links is a fantastic bike shop. Tim and the team are very knowledgeable and always ready to help with great advice or just a chat about bikes. Always very honest to deal with and great value. As a CIC Bicycle Links does incredible work to make cycling available to those who can’t afford a bike. For me, this is a perfect combination, a superb business which completely aligns with my ethics. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
My daughter had her bike wheels stolen in her first term at Uni - very upsetting. Bicycle links could not have been more helpful, keeping the replacement and repair cost as low as possible and getting the bike together again double quick. Highly recommend the shop and in particular Rob who was really helpful.
I can't rate Bicycle Links highly enough. I've bought, sold and had my bikes serviced here. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They always help on the spot when they can. I'm.loving my new electric bike SO much!
July 25. They came highly recommended by a friend but we must have come on an off day. We had several thousands of pounds in our pockets for an electric cycle but they were so unhelpful and the choice so limited (the apprentice we saw knew nothing about them and no one else came to assist) we walked out and purchased elsewhere. I don't like dissing small local businesses and I'm sure they do a good job in the workshop but they need to recognise a sales opportunity when they see one.
Cool place. Got a good range of products for the commuter and carry out repairs. New and refurbished bikes for sale too.
Super friendly team, and extremely knowledgeable. I left a recently purchased secondhand bike with them this morning, they managed to look at it in a couple of hours and tell me what to fix and what not to worry about.

Wonderful staff with great knowledge and customer service. I came in to buy a bike and Lorraine was a big help, giving me lots of useful advice, making adjustments and helping to fix a water bottle and bike lock to the frame after I bought them. I've since gone back for pannier bags and other accessories; wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.
