Hands down the best around. Great customer service, unbelievable knowledge, zero-percent pushy. Friendly, can do attitude, nothing too big, too small or too much trouble. Really went above and beyond. Great range, all budgets, all sizes, the whole shebang. Even got a shop dog, I mean come on, if Carlsberg did bike shops this would be it.

Long Story! .... I bought a Trek bike from pedal revolution way back in 2020. I paid in advance for it to have a 6 & 12 month service. THEN COVID CAME ALONG! Then I moved house and my bike just sat in the garage ever since. Fast forward 5 years! My bike got a puncture in the back wheel, (perished). I took my bike, along with 2 tyres that I had bought from PR in 2020. Matt kindly dealt with me and arranged for my bike to have a new inner tube for back wheel and put my new-ish tyres in place of the old ones. Bearing in mind that roughly 5 years had passed since I bought bike and services, in total my bill came to £4.99. That is what I call FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks to everyone concerned, especially Matt. I would recommend PR 100%.
Excellent service and experience. I bought my previous Trek E-Bike during lockdown online so felt confident buying my wife’s new E-Bike online. PR made the task so easy. Within days of ordering the bike turned up, extremely well packaged. The exact size, colour and model my wife wanted, and with a saving of several hundred pounds. Would definitely use PR again
First class service from start to finish in relation to a groupset I bought from Pedal Revolution as they were one of the first in the country to stock it. Sensible and friendly advice regarding options, careful packaging and delivery - and then the completely hassle-free replacement of two components where I had taken what was available at the time and been very slow indeed (going way beyond the term of any returns policy) in asking to exchange. A joy to purchase from. They took my money and delivered a bicycle (and didn't tell my wife how much!). I jest a little because they were so good. The entire experience was fantastic. From answering all my questions, to providing me with a video tour of the bike, to talking to me on the phone about accessories and fitting them, everything was what you would expect from a cycle shop. Took my bike in to get the brakes looked at last week, was told I needed a new part that would take a couple of days to get. Called them a week later to check on progress. Was advised that they had the new part delivered 5 days again but were too busy to fix it. Asked them to make a priority as they’d had the bike so long and was told they would see what they could do. Turns out they can’t do anything as I’m still expected to wait another 3 or 4 days. Will now need to pick up my bike without them fixing anything so a complete waste of a couple of weeks.
