Found the staff rude,they were more interested in food than serving me,or personal calls to family,plus I was given the wrong paint for my car,which is going to cost me further, will stick to wilco on Dereham Rd,much more helpfu.
What a fantastic service , had to replace 2x battery operated key fob to cut also for vauxhall . Sorry didn’t get the assistants name . Definitely not a simple job , he stuck at it . Works perfectly . I would like to apologise I didn’t have any cash on me for a drink as a thank you . Will drop by I promise again very soon.
I had a bulb issue that was confounding me and my bad back. I was met by professional, polite and friendly staff. From the youngest to the oldest and the staff member who dealt with my issue. Their is a wealth of experience and knowledge at this store, and I strongly recommend them to anyone.
Punctured a bike tyre not far from the shop, while being very far from home. Popped in to see if they could patch it up then, I was back on the road within 20 minutes. Couldn’t recommend them enough, and the price was beyond reasonable too! What a lovely place, really made my day.
The guys here were brilliant. Got my part within a few hours, helpful, competitive prices and friendly. So pleased I went with them, just a shame we don't have any branches in Kent! This is how car parts should be done! Thanks guys!
Had excellent service when I took my car keys in to be repaired. Cannot fault it and very reasonable compared to another key business that was abysmal.
Sue had lost all the keys for her electric bike for a model that was no longer in production. Steve at the Aylsham road branch did a magnificent job of getting the bike mobile again. The service was excellent!
Mega store all the lads are helpful we use this shop weekly and most of the time they have what we need still need to set up my account but even as cash customer there brilliant
Great place! Had my secondary car key sorted and working whilst I waited, an awful amount cheaper than the dealership too! He explained what needed to be done, and why, and what it would cost up front. Very happy with the service and I will certainly be going back for any future car related issues.
Very helpful friendly staff. Always get my bulbs here as they fit them as well. Last time I needed an indicator bulb there was a problem with one of the screws which would not undo. They could have given up but persevered until they had sorted the issue & managed to replace the bulb for me. Many thanks to Josh who was helping out at this branch that day for excellent service, extremely grateful.
