Have been getting parts for my cars for years from MPD.Staff really helpful even if it’s for advice.Prices are the best around and they carry a huge amount of stock.My brother in law worked here for a while as well and he said nothing but good things about them which coming from him must mean they’re good.

Staff member named Holly was absolutely rude and not helpful at all, if she doesn't want to serve she should quit. I went to buy a fuel line she was very rude saying get it from main dealer,we don't do that here because she was too lazy to get it from the warehouse. but my friends had bought the same item from a different staff member who was really nice and helpful. so asked her name to write this, i know this won't do anything but still gotta express how i felt

Very helpful. I went in with an ancient radiator top hose on the off-chance of finding something that could be modified to replace it. They let me have a rummage through their stock of hoses and I found exactly what I needed. Thanks Guys!
Excellent service. Orderd some brake pads that didnt fit. So they got them orderd to a store down south for us to pick up when we got to our destination. Super helpful.
I bought the auxiliary belt they listed for my car. After struggling to fit it and failing, I found the old one was 5mm longer. I took the belt back and they exchanged it with no quibble.
Went here for some parts cheaper than euro! No where in Norwich had the parts on the shelf except motor parts direct! The staff were very friendly and helpful will definately be my go to parts shop in the future.
