Phoned for a lambda sensor on my Mk4 golf, was quoted £120 more than 3 other places, when I questioned it I was told, and I quote " well you know what to f...ING do mate, don't buy it from here"!! I will be popping down and having a word with this clever bollox. Ridiculous customer service!!
